Patricia Hall was born in Eastbourne, Sussex, the daughter of an architect. She began painting professionally whilst living in the picturesque village of Steyning, where she had previously been a teacher.
Patricia has no formal training in art, indeed she is a science graduate. She now lives with her husband in Ferring, West Sussex.
Apart from painting, Patricia has a deep interest in natural history and a concern for the countryside.
Her original water-colour paintings are frequently commissioned both by organisations and individuals.
Over 75000 of her Limited Edition Prints have been sold. The smaller format prints are also very successful.
Since her first in 2000 she has published a new calendar each year.
Patricia's work is eagerly collected by residents and visitors and taken all over the world.
